CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is important to us. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of that booking.
Re-do Policy: If you are unhappy due to an error in the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours. We will happily make any necessary adjustments at no charge. Re-dos are not available for changes of mind or more than 5 daysafter your original appointment.
