CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to Emma Rose Hair, therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your service.
For clients wanting to reschedule after a late notice cancellation, a 50% deposit for their future booking will be required, (additional to the 50% cancellation fee), before the next appointment is secured. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 48-hour time frame.
Re-do’s: This service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind on (after the service has been performed). You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
